Michael is hired to protect Doctor Klaus Bergstrom and his niece Christina. Dr. Bergstrom is world renowned for his revolutionizing research in satellite laser technology, and is in town to attend an international symposium on the peaceful application of the technology. But Michael receives disturbing news that his evil half brother Garthe (Hasselhoff in a dual role) has escaped from prison and intends to unleash a stronger, meaner Goliath on Dr. Bergstrom and the symposium.
