William Carden

A racially integrated neighborhood is targeted by a serial killer, leaving Detectives Briscoe and Logan a short amount of time to stop the killings before another victim is claimed. They zero in on a racial supremacist, who in turn hires a celebrated civil rights defense attorney (Oscar nominee and Emmy winner, James Earl Jones).

In order to clear an innocent man Barnaby races against time to find an escaped convict who's testimony can set him free. Also trying to find the same convict is a bounty hunter with a reputation for bringing his quarry in dead.
