In order to deal with her breakup with J.T., Shelly takes some advice from a self-help book that encourages her to spend time by herself, but a dinner out alone comically proves she needs the support of her girlfriends, Janie and Rita. Meanwhile, South Beach's socialites including Janis (YOANNA HOUSE - winner of America's Next Top Model contest) and Helen (CATIE ANDERSON - contestant on America's Next Top Model) are gossiping about Shelly's breakup and Nick jumps at the opportunity to help J.T. get back into the local scene which causes Dani to question Nick's commitment to their relationship.
