During an investigation, Lieutenant Win (Nonkul Chanon Santinatornkul), stumbles across an old two-way radio. To his surprise, it still works, turning on at 23:23, and Win finds himself connected to Captain Yodchai (Krit Shahkrit Yamnam) – but the two soon realize that they're living in different timelines, with Win living in the present day and Yodchai existing in the past. Win and Yodchai discover that they're both detectives, and utilize the radio's ability to share clues across time to help each other with their investigations. With Yodchai's help finding clues in years past, Win is able to solve cold cases in the present and bring closure to victims' families. However, using the present to alter the past has unintended consequences that Win and Yodchai must overcome. The drama is a remake of the 2016 Korean series "Signal."

Win received a radio signal from a police officer named Yodchai, reporting the discovery of the body of a suspect in a murder case from 20 years ago. This prompted the investigation team to reopen the case, which is set to expire within 24 hours.

The hunt for the real culprit who murdered young Noina has begun. Lieutenant Win and Inspector Risa must track down the killer before the case reaches its statute of limitations in 24 hours.

"The Black Case Team" investigates unsolved cases. Wint spoke over the radio with Yodchai again. Wint wondered why Yodchai was investigating an old case where a young woman had been murdered, even though it had happened a long time ago.

Captain Yodchai is imprisoned, and Win informs him that there will be another murder victim-Ruedee, Yodchai's beloved. This forces Yodchai to find a way to escape from his cell and save the woman he loves in time.

After Yodchai failed to save his beloved, and after Win closed the Paet Riu case, Win tried to find Yodchai-only to realize that their communication through the radio was taking place in different timelines.
