Francis Brennan steps aboard a state of the art cruise ship on the Baltic Sea, to go behind the scenes and learn how this vast floating hotel works. From hosting a quiz show to leading a line dance party, Francis is on the front line of the glitz and glamour. Also, on his very own bespoke tour Francis takes some selected guests sight seeing in St Petersburg.
