After being sentenced to 2,000 hours of communtiy service, the gang's first assignment lands them at the same retirement home as Drew's grandmother. When Grandma catches them, Jake and Drew pretend they are there to announce their recent engagement. Meanwhile, Hagerty realizes old people are fun because they act stoned, and Trainy is seduced by an older genetleman after announcing her quest for a sugar daddy.

When Drew is dropped off at the dog pound by a handsome, wealthy new boyfriend, Jake devises a plan to make her jealous by publicly hooking up with Trainy. Hagerty and Doug are in over their heads when they have to choose which dogs to euthanize, and Wendell becomes the unwitting test dummy for attack dog training.

While picking up trash on the highway, Wendel orders the gang to find the police chief's missing wedding ring rumored to be lost at a trash dump in the middle of the woods. During their quest for "trash mountain," they stumble upon some magic mushrooms and decide to eat them, resulting in varrying psychadelic experiences. Meanwhile, Wendell attempts to captain an ATV.

The gang is assigned to clean bathrooms at Jake's old middle school. When Drew finds a way out of her community service, Jake befriends the school's sleazy janitor to try and sabotage her. In the meantime, a few evil tweens introduce Hagerty to a dangerous new high achieved by "booming," and proceed to torture him and the rest of the gang.

In an effort to fulfill his dreams of becoming a real cop, Wendell accepts a job as the police chief of a dangerous cartel town in Mexico and forces the gang to work as caterers at the party he throws for himself. Drew arrives wasted and convinces Jake to sleep with her in a desperate attempt to "make babies." After no one shows up to the party, Trainy and Hagerty bribe the building's janitor and his family to pretend to be party goers.
