A 220-mile trek across Nicaragua - and all 11 trekkers have a physical disability. Teamwork is the key - but just 15 miles in, there's an unexpected problem.

The team face bandit country, crocodile-infested waters and a seemingly endless trek in an unforgiving 40 degree heat. But each of the participants is facing additional challenges.

The adventurers are beginning to really feel the strain. Horseback is the required mode of transport, then the team sail to their final challenge: to climb a 5,500ft live volcano.

At the close of the trek, the Pacific is almost in sight - but before the team swim in the ocean, they must climb Mount Concepcion, a 5,500ft live volcano.

The team sets off for the legendary Victoria Falls.
