Bobby Brown anxiously prepares to walk his first born daughter, La'Princia, down the aisle to give her hand away in marriage while navigating the difficult path of sobriety and it's many temptations. Meanwhile, his youngest son Cassius gets ready to do a surprise wedding dance for his sister.

With an impending New Edition reunion tour ahead of him, Bobby Brown realizes it's time to get in optimum health so he can hit the stage at peak performance. Bobby and his wife, Alicia, deal with their son Cassius' choice to no longer pursue ballroom dancing.

Bobby Brown and wife Alicia take a trip to Costa Rica to work on their relationship and mend their feelings of past grief. Meanwhile, Landon takes on the duty of babysitting his excitable siblings Cassius, Bodhi and Hendrix.
