We meet EJ & Trina, roommates on similar paths yet having highly different experiences. EJ is a working actor, playboy, & social butterfly, while Trina is juggling multiple jobs.

After a long work day, Trina comes home to EJ and a guest; getting no sleep causes a huge rift between the roommates; EJ's sister Zoya comes to visit.

Zoya heads back to Kenya, Dante steps in to help mend EJ and Trina’s relationship. EJ makes things hard for Dante.

Things are looking up for Trina, while EJ is starting to feel the squeeze. Lainey and Rasheeda meet.
