Jimmy "DeMoN" Ho and Team Liquid start a month-long stay at Red Bull's eSports Studio in Santa Monica, where they begin training for TI4. During counseling, the team discovers they have communication and trust issues that need to be addressed.

Boot camp begins with EEG testing to identify strengths and growth opportunities. Then it's time for team-building exercises that find Team Liquid paddleboarding as a group and even living together, following the model of successful Korean teams.

Team Liquid's training includes not only team building and practice sessions, they're also working out in the gym with the high performance team. But high expectations and a tech glitch yield rising tensions when it's time to qualify for TI4.

Jimmy reflects on TI4 and critiques his performance there. He also reflects on how the intensity of championship play in Seattle brought out Liquid's teamwork dysfunctions. In the aftermath of their poor results, the team opts to part ways.
