Connection

When respected narcotics detective Jang Jae Gyeong (Ji Sung) is forced to take – and subsequently becomes addicted to – a mysterious drug, his world is shattered. Framed for a crime he didn't commit and haunted by the death of a high school friend, he's plunged into a desperate fight for survival and truth. He teams up with reporter and old high school friend Oh Yun Jin (Jeon Mi Do), who’s trying to chase down a lead on the new drug after witnessing a woman die in front of her. Jae Gyeong must navigate a dangerous web of corruption, blackmail, and long-buried resentments among his affluent former classmates-turned-suspects. Can Jae Gyeong figure out who’s behind the spread of the drugs ravaging the city and clear his name?
