We are Olly, Gabi, Martín, Chilu and Seba; five friends who decide to live an unforgettable culinary experience in South America. An adventure that begins in the Aconcagua valley, a region of wine, chicha and traditional Chilean food. Then, we'll continue in search of delicious recipes and great stories in the Elqui valley, Puerto Viejo and Isla Calderilla to finish in Guebrada de Tarapacá.

Our next destination are the enigmatic heights of Bolivia. After an unexpected stop in Oruro, we'll discover the beautiful cities of Potosí and La Paz. We'll prepare Salteñas, will learn about the art of the Charango and will have a memorable experience at the carnival of Gran Poder. In Copacabana, Olly will prepare fresh trout on the shore of lake Titicaca.

Our third stop is Peru, a country full of history and tasty food to share. We'll visit Arequipa and try the Peruvian chicha. We'll find out about the history of the famous picanterías in Paucarpata. Then we'll go to Ica, the birthplace of Peruvian pisco. In Huanchaco, we'll prepare the traditional ceviche and we'll celebrate Fisher's Day in Máncora.

We'll go into the depths of the Ecuadorian rainforest, in the province of Loja, and we'll discover the night market of Baños and we'll go to Puyo, where Olly will try the exotic Chontacuro worms. We'll reach the Amazon, where a shaman will talk about local medicine. We'll finally relax on the beach in Mompiche, in north Ecuador, a key place to fishing and the farming of shrimp and prawn.

We arrive in Colombia, the land of coffee. We'll learn about its production process, we'll be part of a typical Colombian family lunch, we'll taste various dishes and we'll travel to the beaches of Taganga where we'll relish delicious fish and seafood.

Venezuela, a land of culinary diversity and wisdom. We'll have the privilege of chatting with Armando Scannone, master and pioneer in the Venezuelan gastronomy. We'll visit the famous Chacao market, will talk to its people and will discover the hidden paradise of Cachamaure.
