Darwin and Newts are two siblings who discover and experiment with early scientific principles as they explore the natural wonders of their incredible New Zealand home.
EPISODE 1
Swampy Mess
Darwin and Newts are tidying up the treehouse, but Newt is causing a real mess and upsetting Burpee, who decides to head to the big swamp to see his frog friend Croakette. The problem is the swamp is far away, and frogs need water.
EPISODE 2
Sailing Away
Darwin and Newts must learn how to harness the power of the wind. They will use windpower in order to rescue Wapiti after their friend gets blown away by the strong gusts blowing in.
EPISODE 3
Snail Chase
When Darwin and Newts use the zip line to take Heni to see a fantastic giant snail, they can repair the device's malfunction using their newfound knowledge of magnets.
EPISODE 4
Worm Dance
Darwin and Newts decide to give Heni a hand in her garden and gain the help of their worm friends along the way.
EPISODE 5
Burpee's Lost Lunch
When Burpee gets sore legs from dancing with Croakette, Darwin and Newts help by learning how to catch bugs for his lunch. All the while also observing that the sun casts shadows which help you tell the time of day.
EPISODE 6
Chasing Rainbows
Darwin and Newts want to touch a rainbow so go on an adventure to catch one. They discover what is needed to make a rainbow, and Heni creates one especially for them.
