Dayna Steele: Rock the 36th

Former radio DJ and public speaker Dayna Steele launches her Congressional campaign as a Democrat in Texas’ 36th district, one of the reddest districts in a traditionally red state, with the help of some old music industry friends, Joan Jett and Gary Pihl.

Melissa Etheridge and David Crosby come to the 36th district for a fundraiser concert for Dayna’s campaign.

As the campaign kicks into high gear, Dayna and team hit the road, fundraise with “Year in Space” astronaut Scott Kelly, and reveal their intimate connections to the issues concerning voters.
