The Amazingly Bearded Man fights flesh bats off his space ship. Ava and Gage pick up a mysterious stranger on their way to the cyber-punk city of Shade.

Returning to the cyber-punk metropolis Shade after dealing with the meteor storm investigators, Super Intelligence Agent Sterling's superiors ream him out for mishandling the situation. But nothing can stop him on his hunt for the Amazingly Bearded Man.

A lethal space battle rages above (and below) the streets of Shade between the Shadow States and the Consortium. The Amazingly Bearded Man joins the fight but threatens to kill the entire population of Shade.
