Aubrey and Bristol purchase a starter home in Las Vegas, and while it may be a small house, buyers expect the best in this town. Aubrey uses custom finishes built by Bristol to deck out the home and give it a glam-farmhouse style.

Aubrey jumps at the challenge of turning a split-level house in the Southern Highlands neighborhood of Las Vegas into a high-end bachelor pad. But in order to turn a profit, she must keep a tight deadline and $30,000 budget.

Aubrey and Bristol find a Las Vegas property on a half-acre of land with rare and desirable features like a well and septic tank. The property is an outdated mess, however, and requires a total gutting and remodel.

Bristol and Aubrey set their sights on a fixer-upper in the Henderson, Nevada. They face serious challenges to get the home ready for market, including a broken-down pool, a depressing kitchen and a layout that makes no sense.
