Food & Fire with Niklas Ekstedt

Niklas has arranged a meeting with a Finnish Viking in the culinary melting pot of Istanbul, and discovers that this historic city has as many layers as there are varieties of kebabs.

Peru has one of the world's most interesting food cultures, and on site Niklas gets to bury a meal, grill in mud and taste guinea pigs. He also gets to experience a large scoop of Peruvian curiosity.

Niklas has to toughen up when he visits the neighboring country in the east, Finland. Here he discovers a huge range of fantastic ingredients and gets a newfound love for the locally produced.
