Chef Danny Broome's first destination in Canada is Nova Scotia. There, he meets Kaiya Lind, a mussel farmer with a very special recipe. After going over the place, everybody gets ready to enjoy some delicious mussels.

Learn how to extract honey from hives. Danny meets Laurie, a woman who uses honey for salad dressings. And later, the chef cooks up Honey Lemon Marmalade with Roast Chicken.

At Bay of Fundy, Danny and Ellen enjoy a lunch prepared by a fisherman, in which scallops are the main ingredient. Later, Danny gives a Canadian touch to one of his favorite recipes.

In a scenery of snowcapped mountains, Danny and Ellen meet Rick, a fisher expert. And later, Danny prepares an exquisite salmon with Cobb salad.

The chef's new destiny is the Maritimes district 33. There, Danny and Ellen get ready to leave the dock at 5 am. Barry will lead them through the waters to catch a lobster.

The daily special is lamb. Danny and Ellen visit Sharon's farm, where they also meet Salt Springs Island legendary Mike Bryon. A delicious barbequed lamb is waiting for them.
