A routine raid by the Irish Criminal Assets Bureau reveals a mysterious influx of rough diamonds; when these diamonds are linked to a series of bombings in Belgium, the departments are forced to collaborate to unravel a political conspiracy.

Darren Reid"s killers escape. Christian tells Emer another bomb is expected. In Antwerp, billionaire Richard Melnick shows the site for his new European headquarters to his son James, Bibi"s husband. Soon the CAB team link drug dealer Reid to Fionn Brannigan—Bibi"s brother. She tells Christian she left Ireland because of her brother"s dodgy dealings. It emerges that Reid"s last call was to Fionn.
