Builders Amber and Jared Phifer of Mountain Design are introduced along with homeowners James and Kyle.

With the framing finally moving ahead, Jared and his team's next challenge is snaking a crane up mountain roads to place steel to support the home's dramatic style; Jared tours the factory where the special windows are being made.

Jared and Amber are pros at managing homeowner stress levels; with progress at the job site, they invite the homeowners for a walk-through and show them their mountain modern home is nearly a reality.

Roof trusses are installed; James and Kyle need to find an internet signal or mountain life dreams will shatter; Jesse deals with a job site break-in; the Phifers take a family field trip to the jobsite.

Jared installs high-efficiency HVAC and windows. James and Kyle buy gym gear, and Amber takes her team on a field trip.

Building codes and a flash flood challenge the team. Amber goes hiking while James and Kyle get brewing equipment.
