King - The Martin Luther King Jr. Miniseries

Part One of this mesmerizing three-part mini-series chronicles Martin Luther King's early days as a Baptist minister in Atlanta in the 1950s where King begins to build a following by arranging peaceful protests to try and undo the injustices bestowed upon people of color.

Part Two of this mini-series covers Dr. King's rise in popularity as a civil rights leader and the inherit hardships he had to endure from many in the white society who did not want him to succeed.

Part Three of this historic mini-series revolves around Dr. King's incredible gift of getting his message of 'equality for all' into the mainstream media which not only angered many white people but some government officials as well and ultimately lead to his assassination.
