Joo Da Hae and Ha Ryu are reunited after seven years of separation after growing up together in an orphanage. Determined to help her get into college, Ha Ryu does what it takes to protect and support her.

Da Hae and Ha Ryu move out together as she attends college and he works at a seedy bar to pay for her education.

To keep their past crime a secret, Da Hae moves to a condo by herself where she happens to be neighbors with Baek Do Hoon, the heir of her company.

When Da Hae is fired from the company, her ambitions only grow bigger. Suddenly, Do Hoon asks Da Hae to come with him to study abroad in America and she finds herself agreeing.

Da Hae returns to Korea with Do Hoon only to be discovered by Ha Ryu, who wonders what on earth has happened to his wife.

With her stepfather still buried in Bi Wol mountain, Da Hae must stop Do Kyung from constructing Leisure Town in the area where the body will eventually be discovered.
