Mary Berry's Absolute Favourites

Mary draws on inspiration from some of her earliest and fondest memories from her childhood holidays and regular trips to the British seaside.

Mary is inspired by her love of the great British countryside. She forages for mushrooms, tries her hand at fly-fishing and cooks a no-fuss hearty sausage lasagne.

Mary takes inspiration from the herb garden. She creates her favourite summer salad and a variety of lunch dishes and finishes with a special lemon drizzle cake.

Mary is inspired by the local farmers' market. She prepares a delicious soup using asparagus, a spectacular five-market salad tapas and a pavlova with red fruits.

Mary cooks dishes inspired by her home and family. Three generations of Mary's family get involved with the cooking, whipping up some of their favourite meals.
