Three ambitious brokers-by-the-bay, Justin Fichelson, Andrew Greenwell and Roh Habibi, strive to outsell one another in a cutthroat market filled by demanding young tech clients. Andrew is a real estate veteran who has tackled nearly every challenge in his career...except for predicting the mistakes of a co-lister in an affluent suburb. Justin is a native San Franciscan who knows the city inside and out, but runs up against a tough client who wants more than Justin’s tech network may be willing to spend. Roh is a relative newcomer who must prove his worth to his new business partner with the biggest and most stressful listing of his career.

With his new listing in the Mission still under construction, Justin has to try and sell the neighborhood before he can sell the house. Roh's business partner Joel criticizes his open house and demands a more conventional approach. Meanwhile, Andrew is dealing with an emotional seller and an inexperienced co-lister....and he's not sure which is more problematic.

Andrew lands a listing in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Justin's property is finally finished and ready to show, but the size of the backyard proves to be a difficult selling point. Roh scores a listing by making promises that may be impossible to keep.

Roh finally manages to track down the architect of his new listing and now has to sell the penthouse. Justin takes a listing with his dentist. Andrew's quest to find his clients a property in an up-and-coming neighborhood takes an unexpected turn.

Justin's client Stephanie is an old friend, who he hopes might turn into something more if he can make the sale. Andrew has his hands full with a neurotic client. Roh takes a co-listing in the Marina with a colleague.
