In this episode, we follow crews from Paisley, Glasgow and Edinburgh as they respond to high-pressure 999 calls. We're with the Special Operations Response teams as they deal with the most serious emergencies. Including an ambulance crew who struggle to find a hiker who has fallen ill, and in Glasgow, a crash on the motorway sees several casualties hospitalised including a pregnant woman.

In this episode we're in the Highlands, and the air ambulance is scrambled to an emergency involving a deer manager who has been crushed by his own quad bike. He needs to be airlifted to hospital fast. And in Glasgow, the Special Operations Team race to locate a man who has been seen swimming in the Clyde, and another who has gone missing in water.

In this episode we're on the Isle of Mull and an accident has left a man seriously injured and triggers a response from the air ambulance. They need to get him to hospital in Glasgow as quickly as possible. And in Paisley, a young cyclist has his bike ride cut short by a mishap with his chain that has left him with a serious gash in his leg.

In this epsiode we're just outside Glasgow, the Special Operations team for the west of Scotland is called to a possible drowning which requires their special skills and equipment as they struggle to retrieve a body from the water. And in Aberdeen, Ewan and Alan transfer one of the oldest patients they have encountered, a lady of 102, to hospital. She has breathing problems and needs treatment.

In this episode we're in Aberdeen and ambulance crew Sarah and Stuart are called to a patient with epilepsy who has suffered a succession of fits and needs to be taken to hospital. And in Edinburgh, the Special Operations Team attend a car crash involving some tourists who have just arrived in Scotland only to find themselves involved in a collision and on their way to hospital.

In this episode we're in Aberdeen and ambulance crew Sarah and Stewart are called to a lady who has fallen at home and needs to be checked over. And up the road near Peterhead, an elderly patient who has difficulties moving needs to be transferred to hospital. Ambulance crew Ricky and Luan use their skills to help him safely into the ambulance.
