Vennila wants to marry Sakthivel, but he refuses her in front of the family. Consequently, the astrologer's words leave Jayalakshmi's family in shock.

Chandrasekar Gets Emotional
Chandrasekar is overjoyed to attend Muthaiyya's daughter's wedding. On the way to the wedding, he tells Sakthivel about his past.

Chandrasekar and Sakthivel meet Ponni. However, Chandrasekar is shattered to hear about her helpless situation as Muthaiyya is in a critical stage.
