Yamashita's Gold was a legendary treasure the like of which has never been accumulated in the history of the world. It was the legendary Japanese booty from WW2 stolen from countries across South-East Asia, from governments, wealthy families, banks, jewelers, gemstone mines and criminals. It was all supposed to be shipped to Japan by the victorious Imperial Japanese forces. It wasn't.
