First stop today is Gabriel's Chocolate. Here they make chocolate from bean to bar. After their lesson, Alex and Matt help decorate some chocolate bars with surprising results.

The next stop, Matt suggests they call into a cidery in nearby Donnybrook. Matt's been serving their beverage in his restaurant for a while now but has never been to the farm.

The Margaret River region has as many caves as Swiss Cheese has holes. Climbing down into Ngilgi Cave, they hear the unmistakable sound of a didgeridoo echoing eerily from below.
