The team arrives in Jamaica and are charmed by it's beauty, food and culture. Five strangers meet during their first trip outside of the U.S. with hopes of conquering their diabetes, but there's great concern that many are just here for a vacation.

As the guests settle in and begin their transformation, crisis and drama abounds during the struggle to achieve and maintain stable blood glucose levels!
