Zoya is the only daughter of Dawood. He is a businessman & is a single parent. His wife Sana had cancer but committed suicide. According to Zoya her father and her aunt Farerda is responsible for her mother's suicide. She blames her father and keeps taunting him and does not like any sort of involvement of his in her life.

Humayun loses money in gambling. He comes home drunk. He mistreats his wife Ayesha and makes it clear to her that he loves money and wants to earn lots of money. Dawood finds out about Zoya's dancing lessons and objects. Humayun finds out that Zoya is Dawood's daughter and he plans to get involved with her but at first, he has to get rid of his wife Ayesha.

Zoya dreams about her mother asking her to forgive her father. Next morning the nurse call Zoya and tell her that her father's condition is deteriorating, she rushes to the hospital. Ayesha is unwell and she gets out of the house to get her medicines but Humayun comes home before she could return and he scolds her.

Zoya tries to hook up her best friend and Ahad but Ahad keeps talking about Zoya and how much he likes her. Zoya shares her feelings about Humayun with her friend. Ayesha begs Humayun to let her make a phone call to her brother. He lets her talk to him in front of him. Ayesha lies to her brother about being happy and her relationship with Humayun.
