Shikaisen, the sorcerer controlling the Armor of the Nimbus, kidnaps Nasté and Jun and invites the four troopers to his lair in Little Tokyo.

A hot summer's day in Tokyo gets even hotter when a mysterious warrior wielding a large boomerang confronts the Troopers.

Despite the abduction of his friends, Shin has lost the will to fight. Meanwhile, Ryo and Seiji discover the purpose behind the warrior's assault.

Mukala's strength is overwhelming, but as the Troopers struggle towards victory, they come to realize that the true enemy may be within.
