Struck By Justice: The Impact of Polly Klaas

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the kidnapping and murder of the young Bay Area girl, Polly Klaas. The case captured the emotion of the nation and fueled a nation-wide effort to get tough on crime... resulting in the 'Three Strikes' law.
