The Atherton Project

Rachel, Dan & Gee leave their hometown of Llangynog, UK for the winter to train in sunny Southern California. Their trainer, Darren Roberts, works them hard, but they still take time out to ride trails for fun.

Gee and Rach land in Portugal for the first big race of the year, but the conditions are less than ideal and even getting a hotel proves to be a headache. Dan heads to Madrid for the UCI BMX Supercross.

The three Atherton riders head to the first national of the year in England. After that, it's off to Monterey, California for the Sea Otter Classic and some serious downhill action.

The three riders arrive in Belgium for the first World Cup event of the year. Rachel battles a broken finger, determined to race despite her injury.

After success at the World Cup, the Atherton trio pull into Vernon, New Jersey for the U.S. Open. Then they're off to Fort William, Scotland for a challenging downhill race.

Gee tapes a wheelbarrow to an ATV for a fun ride, but it might not be the smartest mid-season decision. Later, it's time for Gee, Rach, and Dan to focus, because the next world cup event is just around the corner.
