Flying gardener Chris Beardshaw takes to the skies to explore the delights of the winter garden. Winter gardens offer some of the most fantastic sights of the year - frost-encrusted berries, snow-drenched trees, and a host of colourful plants.

The British garden need not be dead, dull and depressing in winter. Giving motivation for viewers to bring greenery and colour into their own gardens, Chris Beardshaw gets into his helicopter and heads for the Lake District in search of inspiration.
