Tae Pyung tells Ji Won that Mi Jin purchased the cake. Ji Won reports Mi Jin's abduction to the police.

Joon Young asks for help from Tae Pyung for some help to find Mi Jin. Tae Pyung says he can't alter fate.

When Joon Young finds out where Mi Jin was buried alive, she does everything to save her, but she's too late.

Through a miracle, Mi Jin is saved, but then Tae Pyung worries deeply over her. He realizes something else.
