The Hero

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson welcomes nine strangers as they move into an upscale Panamanian penthouse together, each with hopes of being crowned "The Hero." With up to a million dollars at stake, the contestants quickly realize that this will be no ordinary contest, as they must climb and hang from skyscrapers, navigate dark underground bunkers and face tough moral dilemmas. In the end, there can only be one hero, and America will vote on the winner. In the War Room, a sudden change of heart shocks the group. This week's challenges have the contestants pushing an all-terrain vehicle through the streets of Colon City, flying in helicopters and navigating a dangerous "dry dock" as it fills with water rushing in from the Panama Canal. Shaun is offered a temptation, while Patty begins to overcome a huge fear. Tensions rise in the War Room. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson serves as mentor and motivator to the contestants.

At the beginning of this week's episode, a huge twist is revealed by Dwayne Johnson. Then in this week's Team Challenge, contestants take death-defying leaps off a building and climb 40 stories up an abandoned elevator shaft. Someone must attempt a daunting open-water swim through the ocean in the Hero Challenge. No one is safe.
