After a botched bank robbery attempt results in a hostage standoff, Captain Horst Cali (Donnie Wahlberg) and his team take the helm of the ensuing negotiations. Things become complicated when it is revealed all the hostage takers are military veterans and one of the hostages is the daughter of a wealthy and connected businessman.

Horst demands a teenage boy's release, cutting the electricity in the bank until he's freed. But Wolf is mysteriously adamant about not giving up the boy, and tensions rise when he threatens to kill a hostage unless he gets power back.
