It's the Iowa bow opener, David and Jeff Lindsey are after big Iowa whitetails. David doesn't have to wait long for his chance at a top hit lister and Jeff has plenty of opportunities at big deer but not the one. kwhunting kwwhitetail

David and Jeff Lindsey bow hunt the famous Pike Co. They are in Illinois with the whole family in camp. An October cold front has the mature bucks on their feet and the guys filling tags within minutes of each other.

Iowa whitetails, it's the Iowa rut. David is tagged out leaving Jeff the whole farm. He finally catches up with "Angry Buck" on the magical 15th of November.

David and Jeff kill some time before whitetail season begins. They head to Utah to chase giant velvet mule deer bucks for the first time ever.

David Lindsey is known for putting down giant whitetails. He gets the opportunity to hold true to his reputation but is in for a big surprise.
