Rebecca and Kristy drive to San Antonio to check out a foreclosure that an investor friend scored at auction and is now trying to wholesale to them. The house is a stale time capsule from the 1970s complete with dirty shag carpet, a big termite problem, and a faulty HVAC system. But the team is determined to breathe new life into these funky funeral vibes by flipping it into a mid-century masterpiece with boutique hotel touches.

Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes through the backroads of Burnett in the Hill Country to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods. It's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps, they see the potential.
