Everyone who is anyone -- or at least the millions of "Jersey Shore" fans -- recognizes the name Pauly D, the cool dude from Rhode Island who is a successful DJ. Outside of the party-all-the-time "Shore" house, Pauly D still maintains the swagger, the distinctive hairstyle and the all-season tan, but he is also a man with a serious career plan. "The Pauly D Project" captures the world-famous housemate as he attempts to transition to world-famous DJ, working with 50 Cent's record label and touring with Britney Spears, among other projects, photo shoots and public appearances. Along for the ride are his buddies from Rhode Island, the guys who were with him when he was a struggling DJ, including road manager Michael "Biggie" Morgan, security guard Gerard "Big Jerry" Gialanella and nightclub manager Ryan Labbe.
