Brad enlists the Shed's catering services for a friend's wedding and things spiral out of hand. The bride requests the Shed cook a whole hog for the reception, which takes four days but she needs it finished in less than two.
The wild summer rush is in full swing at Miss.'s hottest barbecue joint, so it's up to Brad, Brooke and Mama Shed to hire new help. The job interviews are unique, including on-stage auditions and a visit with Shed Pimps.
It's adventure in the Gulf, when Brooke books a catering job aboard a fishing boat for friends visiting from New Zealand. Brad has other business ideas and sets up a Shed pulled pork sandwich concession with Hobson on the beach.

Brad and The Shed crew hit the road to Virginia for the Smoke on the Mountain barbecue competition. But it's trouble right from the start, when problems during transit may force them to withdraw from the whole hog competition.
