Tilottama

Tilottama, a hard-working doctor, in an attempt to expose the dirty secrets of her hospital, faces her own mortality. Will Tomosha, her twin sister, arrive in time to save her?

As Tilottoma fights for her life, Tomosha disguises herself as the bride and heads to marry Alekhyo. She risks everything to expose a sinister mystery and save innocent girls.
