Seo Do Won (Yoon Shi Yoon), a fearless detective dedicated to justice, finds his world shattered when the woman he loves becomes a serial killer's victim. Mysteriously able to move between parallel universes, Do Won now navigates two realities: one where he must atone for his father's sins, and another where he struggles to survive because of them. Discovering his deceased love is alive in another universe, he becomes determined to track down her killer in one world while protecting her in the other. Enlisting the help of Han Seo Kyung (Kyung Soo Jin), a prosecutor who exists differently in each universe, and Lee Jung Min (Shin So Yul), a tenacious investigator, Do Won fights to unravel the mystery and save the woman he loves.
