When Gloomy and Fred discover their very own island - Gloomypop - they hop on to search for treasure. But why is Bubble doing strange things on the shore? Only when Bubble, who hates cold water, finally reaches them, do they realize they're standing on a rare unicorn whale. They must help, using nippy crab claws, to free it back into the sea.

When Bubble turns his mushroom house into a giant night light, it attracts some sticky visitors - baby Jellygubbins - on their yearly journey to the Night Caves. With the Jellygubbins in danger of losing their way, the friends must find a way to guide them back to safety.

When items go missing among the Tulipoppers, suspicion falls on Fred - until they venture into the Lair of the Mooliepalooka. There, they find their lost belongings and meet the mythical creature herself! Fred overcomes his fear of the dark and realizes she isn't scary - she's just lonely and wants friends.

When the Nordic Lights bring a seed that grows into a magical wishing tree, the friends are excited. They make wishes, but Bubble struggles to decide. Before long, the wishes go wrong. Bubble realizes he knows exactly what to do to fix things.

Fred has unwelcome guests - they're furry, cute, and itchy! Tuliticklers have taken residence on his head! His friends think poor hygiene is to blame and try to help. Snacks, songs, even pulling them off doesn't work - until they realize Tuliticklers only like clean heads. Time for a mud bath!

Gloomy and Bubble get lost in a cave under the Forgotten Forest, reminiscing about a past adventure when they got lost while searching for puffberries. They did find the delicious berries but also something even more special - a new best friend.
