Author and explorer Levison Wood, famous for walking the Nile, the Himalayas and Central America, embarks on a 650-mile journey on foot, following the world's largest annual migration of elephants across Botswana.

Levison Wood is in Botswana to follow the world's largest elephant migration. Travelling on foot 650 miles along ancient elephant pathways, he must overcome dangers in the bush before tracking a large herd of female elephants.

Man vs. Elephant
Lev and his guide Kane journey across the salt pans to track bull elephants. When they encounter a herd during mating season their safety is soon jeopardized.
EPISODE 3
Journeys Dangerous End
Approaching the end of their 650-mile journey, Lev and his guide Kane must cross the final leg of the trip by boat where they face dangerous crocodiles and aggressive hippos.
