The life of promising young golfer Tonbo Oi changes when she meets Kazuyoshi Igarashi, a former professional golfer who is looking for a job on the island of Kagoshima.

Igarashi flees to Hinoshima after losing everything; he meets Tonbo and discovers the island's mysterious golf theme despite no course.

Igarashi, a former professional golfer, witnesses Tonbo's incredible super shot, and they decide to play together again the next day; Gon encourages Igarashi to experience the island's starry sky, under which Tonbo reveals her past.

With a unique playing style using only a 3-iron, Tonbo demonstrates incredible talent for golf that surprises Igarashi. He decides to let her try a Wedge iron. Igarashi teaches her the proper way to strike the ball.

Igarashi adjusts to island life, observing Bunpei and Yoko; impressed by Tonbo's shots, he encourages tournament play; a squall hits unexpectedly.
