Postman Pat and the Talking Cat

S5, E13: Julian and Charlie get an idea for a prank and attach a walklie-talkie to Jess' collar. As Pat goes on his rounds, Julian and Charlie follow and astound the residents of Greendale with the amazing "talking cat".
