After a demo by renowned chef Shannon Bennett, contestants must race against the clock to recreate his dish within 20 minutes for a chance to win immunity from the next elimination.

Leading up to the first elimination of the season, the contestants must cook a dish representing their identities, inspired by their individual journeys on the competition.

The cooks participate in a one-inch cube taste test in teams. The team leader could potentially land their team in an elimination cook.
