Kurt Deutsch

Kurt Deutsch was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on, Deutsch landed roles on various dramatic series, including "Quantum Leap" (NBC, 1988-1993), "Law & Order" (NBC, 1990-2010) and "The Human Factor" (CBS, 1991-92). He also appeared in "Models Inc." (Fox, 1993-95). He had an early role on the television special "Hyde in Hollywood" (PBS, 1990-91). He also appeared in the TV movie "Arthur Miller's The American Clock" (TNT, 1992-93). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the nineties, appearing on "Winnetka Road" (NBC, 1993-94) and "Crisis Center" (NBC, 1996-97). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in the thriller "Out of the Storm" (1998) with Blythe Danner. He also starred in the TV movies "Moment of Truth: Cradle of Conspiracy" (NBC, 1993-94) and "Nothing But the Truth" (CBS, 1994-95). He also appeared in "Labor Pains" (1999) with Kyra Sedgwick. He held additional roles in television including a part on "Sex and the City" (HBO, 1998-2004). He also was featured in the TV movies "A Season For Miracles" (1999-2000), "The Farmhouse" (SundanceTV, 1999-2000) and "The First to Go" (Showtime, 1999-2000). Most recently, Deutsch acted in the Anna Kendrick dramatic adaptation "The Last Five Years" (2015).
