Matthew McCann

Actor Matthew McCann became a prime-time star aged just 11 when he played Matt LeBlanc's son Teddy in family sitcom "Man with a Plan" (CBS, 2016-). Born in Coppell, TX, McCann only took classes at his hometown's Cathryn Sullivan's Acting for Film as a seven-year-old to emulate his older brother. But while his sibling soon lost interest, McCann's passion for acting only grew and by the age of nine he started booking numerous TV commercials and radio spots. Along with his immediate family McCann then moved to Los Angeles to further pursue his dream, and shortly after landed various voiceover gigs on long-running adult animation "American Dad" (Fox, 2005-). McCann was then cast as Gus in "All Stars" (2015), a sitcom about two unathletic parents adjusting to life with a naturally sporty child, which failed to make it past the pilot stage. But he eventually made it onto screens a year later when he bagged the role of Teddy Burns, Matt LeBlanc and Liza Snyder's sarcastic, video game-obsessed middle child, in suburban comedy "Man with a Plan" (CBS, 2016-).
